You can purchase an Abu Dhabi Card at any of our service centers, major bus stations, or authorized retailers across the city. You can also order online through our website and have it delivered to your address.
You can reload your Abu Dhabi Card at any of our service centers, ticket vending machines, or through our mobile application. We also offer auto-reload options when you register your card online.
If your card is registered, you can report it lost or stolen through our customer service hotline at +971 2 555 8000 or through your online account. We can block the card and transfer the remaining balance to a new card.
Abu Dhabi Card is accepted on all public buses, metro services, taxis, and water taxis throughout Abu Dhabi. It can also be used for parking payment at designated areas and for entry to certain tourist attractions.
Standard and Gold cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Tourist cards are valid for 14 days. The expiry date is printed on the back of your card and can also be checked through our mobile app or website.
